Our Story - Welling Service Heat and Air Company

Founded in 1990 by Dennis Peterson, Welling Service Company has built a stellar reputation for dependable weekend and after-hours heating and air services. From the very beginning, Dennis’s sons, Cody and Will, played an integral role, supporting the business during weekends and school breaks, laying the foundation for a family legacy of excellence.

In 2006, after over two decades leading the maintenance department at Northeastern State University, Dennis transitioned Welling Service from a part-time venture into a thriving full-time operation. Will earned his Journeyman license in 2009 and proudly secured his Contractor’s license in 2017.

By 2024, with Dennis’s full retirement, Will took the helm as owner, steering Welling Service Company into a new era. Today, WSC boasts a dedicated team of six highly skilled technicians committed to delivering exceptional HVACR services. We proudly offer flexible regular and after-hours service, along with comprehensive sales, installations, and maintenance plans designed to keep your systems running smoothly and efficiently.
